Understanding Initial Peace Security Research Exercise (IPSRE)
Peace Security is a social security network used in making everyone guards everybody through security approach and literary medium. It is a process that entrenches confidence in the legal freedom among persons. This, it will s a time and place where people are responsible for their security with affirmed confidence in the legal freedom. Peace Security is that branch of philosophy that deals with personal safety. In other view, Peace Security is a tool of security research it aims at giving an individual the guard to assess and evaluate his past and current security trend.
The concept evolves in five different perspectives, primarily to promote genuine neighborhood. Initial neighborhood security and emergency management preparedness adopted include pre-neighbour assessment, identification and mapping of neighborhood evaluation of occupants and programming of Peace Security Codes.
Initial Peace Security Research Exercise therefore, is therefore is the conceptual framework designed to elicits on Home Security Laboratory (HSL). The concept operates through five tools such as; Literary Security X-Ray Process, Neighbor Assessment Tools, Rehabilitation Tool Phase 1 and 2, Peace Security Code and Emergency Management Mode.
