- Introduction
The Physical and Health Education (PHE) program aims to strengthen physical fitness, teamwork, discipline, and moral character among pupils. Through organized sports and cultural competitions, children develop confidence, national pride, and healthy social relationships. These activities also serve as early foundations for talent discovery in athletics and creative performance.
HEPUI supports schools in building peaceful communities through educational, physical, and cultural empowerment.

Usually held between February and April each academic session.
Events include:
- March Past (All Houses)
- 100m, 200m, 400m races
- Relay races
- Sack race
- Egg race
- Long jump
- High jump
- Ball games (football, volleyball, handball—depending on school capacity)
- Staff novelty match
Goals:

- Cultural dances and presentations
- Quiz and spelling bee
- Art & painting exhibition
- Poem and drama performance
- Short races (50m, 100m)
